To request a cash withdrawal, you need to have a withdrawal method that we support in your region or country.
Make sure your withdrawal method information provided to us is accurate, complete, and up to date. Any fees or losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete withdrawal method information shall be borne by you. We are not responsible for any losses, disputes or other consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete withdrawal method information you submit.
Each withdrawal request you make under your selected withdrawal method is also subject to additional conditions displayed at the point of withdrawal. The withdrawal threshold, limit as well as other information displayed on related pages may change at any time at our sole discretion and is subject to any mandatory laws or regulations in the country or region where you reside.
Withdrawing indicates you agree with our Virtual Items Policy, these instructions and any additional information provided by TikTok to you at the time of withdrawal.

Cash Award Withdrawal Terms

1. Withdrawal Requirements:

The Sharrs Coins in your Sharrs account can be converted into cash.
To cash out, you will need to have a PayPal account in order to request a cash withdrawal. Your PayPal accountwill be linked directly to your Sharrs account and serve as the destination for your money when you submit requests to convert diamonds into Cash. You should make sure the PayPal account information provided to us is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
PayPal only allows individuals aged 18 or older to open and hold a PayPal account.
You will be solely responsible for any consequences as a result of inaccurate or incomplete PayPal account information being provided.
To cash out, your Sharrs account must contain a minimum of $10 in it.
Withdraw minimum is $50 divided into $10 dollar, $20 dollars, $50, and $100, 4 set amounts. You can choose to withdraw from 1 set amount, when your Sharrs Coins are greater or equal to your chosen set amount. The rest of your Sharrs Coins can be withdrawn when they meet the set amount. Users can only withdraw once a day.
The maximum daily cash out amount is $1,000.00.
Any changes to withdrawal limits will be displayed on our page.
By clicking the Withdraw button, you indicate that you agree with the Award Terms and our Terms of Service and you acknowledge and agree that Sharrs does not assume any responsibility for the cash withdrawal or the withdrawal due to the acts and omissions of PayPal.
Sharrs is not responsible for any event of force majeure (including natural disasters, activities subject to the instructions of government agencies, cyberattacks), system failure, third party reasons, etc., which results in your inability to withdraw or any withdraw errors.
If we discover suspected fraudulent or cheating, we have to right to stop (invite code, claim gems, withdraw, rewards) and cancel all your acquired rewards.
We reserve the right to interpret and make adjustments to the legal document.
Please allow an estimated processing time of up to 15 days before cash out funds are available in your PayPal account.

2. Currency:

Sharrs currently only supports PayPal accounts which allow users to withdraw amounts in US dollars.
You will be responsible for the payment of any taxes (including any related penalties or interest) to the relevant tax authority relating to your withdrawal of any funds.

Will there be any fee for withdrawal?
We will not charge you any fee for processing your withdrawal request. However, PayPal might charge transaction fees for processing your cash withdrawal request or any follow-up requests. Please visit PayPal’s official website for more information.
How long will it take to receive my cash?
Each withdrawal application will be reviewed and processed by us for security reasons within 15 calendar days of receipt, but it is not guaranteed that each withdrawal application will be approved within that time frame. Further, PayPal may place your funds on hold for a further period of time (at their sole discretion) due to their screening requirements. Therefore, please allow a further period of 21 calendar days for funds to be transferred to your PayPal account. We will try to process withdrawal requests in a timely manner, however we do not guarantee that payments will be made within a specific period.

4. Notice

We reserve the right to determine the Coin-cash exchange rate to be used at any time, without prior notice to you.
By accessing or using the Sharrs app and submitting a request to withdraw funds, you are also agreeing to our Coin Program and our Terms of Service, which can be found here.
We are not responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of any and all account names, user IDs, passwords, personal identification numbers (PINs) and mobile unlock codes that you use to access your account, nor are we responsible for any lost or stolen Coins or their cash value. We will not bear any liability and have no obligation to credit an account with Coins that may have been lost, stolen, or forfeited due to damage or interruptions caused by any software malfunctions, fraud, inadvertent entry into your account, or any other circumstances.
